August is inching closer and closer and I can hardly stand the wait!

I want to extend a BIG thank you to Icelandair. Tommy and I were hoping to stopover in Reykjavik for 2 nights on our way to Europe, but our flight went straight through with only a 45-minute layover in Iceland…yikes. After Expedia told me I couldn’t change the flights, I hit the Twitter/Facebook team (like any good social media strategist knows to do…).

The Icelandair Facebook and Twitter team was extremely responsive, connected me with Brian from PR, and he changed our flights to stay over for 2 nights so we can explore and write about all there is too see. I am extremely impressed, and am so excited to take the new Iceland Air Denver–> Reykjavik route in August.

Tommy and I have nailed down our travel plans for at least the month of August. It will be quite the month. 7 countries in 30 days.
